At 32 years old and with over 9 years experience in the fitness industry, as well as many more as trainer and sportsman himself, Adam is fully qualified and equipped to suit your training needs. Whether it be to shed fat, build muscle, build core strength or to just get stuck into exercise for the first time, Adam has the ability to get the best out of his clients with excellent motivation, knowledge and careful planning.

Adam's journey to becoming one of the best Personal Trainers in the Essex/London area started from a passion to play sport and compete individually from an early age. Coupled with this, Adam's father was a British Bantamweight Champion in Greco-Roman wrestling. This meant much of Adam's youth was also spent in the gym with his father learning techniques and getting training ideas from a very young age.

He went on to play rugby for Saracens and England youth development (which included two separate tours to South Africa), was a Cross Country runner, Track and Field athlete and also represented his county Essex in Cricket and Tennis. His time with these teams has allowed him to experience many different training techniques, centred on both individual and team activities.

This fiercely competitive edge drove him onto wanting to learn more and more about health and fitness and to be the best trainer and coach he could possibly be.

He has since worked with individuals from a variety of sporting backgrounds which include many team sports, contact sports, golf, skiing and everything in between.
